Talking about Adkins's sacking;

"It's disgraceful, I hope they are relegated".

Does anybody else think this is unacceptable and extremely unprofessional? Have we Saints fans not been through enough already?!
Other people (including Matt Le Tissier) saying we are a "laughing stock" just for sacking our manager after we have spent a lot of money compared to the other promoted sides. and anyway, a laughing stock compared to Blackburn?!!!!! Arsenal? Chelsea even?!?!?!?!

OK, so we knew that the media hounds who usually pounce on anything Cortese related would stick the knife in (some papers calling Cortese a clown) but why does this idiot think it's OK to say things like that? It leaves a bad taste in the mouth the fact that we have been SKY Sports subscribers with a full package bar movies for 20+ years and we are paying this moron to speak utter ****e 99% of the time. He can hardly get the words out of his mouth for christ's sake.

p.s. What makes me laugh is that people are saying cortese doesn't know anything about football and he is running the club "like a business"..... IT IS A BUSINESS!!! The last time we had a chairman who ran the club on sentiment, we almost got liquidated. The amount of money at stake in football requires a football club to be treated like a business and we have a well-run one - THANK GOD!

The man's always wanted Saints to do badly. Now he thinks he's got a decent reason for it. Still, keep him on SSN so I can laugh every time he has to say a difficult name.

Like anybody else in the media, just ignore him. I must say though, i know some of the ex players selected by media as pundits are really bad, but how they picked up Merson beats me.
 
Well said Jen. All pundits are encouraged to talk nonsense to get people watching, and Sky must think they have an absolute goldmine in Merson and Le Tiss. They'll probably get a payrise for the crap they spout!
 
My opinion is, that when you give someone a media profile like him they feel they have to say something every now and then to raise the controversey and hence keep their profile high. When you add that with the lack of inteligence the PM has then the chances of bullshit is high. MLT falls into this trap sometimes too, although he has more inteligence he tends to expose the chip on his shoulder too often.
I know internet streams are on the whole **** but at least you avoid paying News International and dicks any money and I do not have any guilt for using them.
 
He's a skate so... I mean it was a terrible sacking, not ad bad as Blackburn vs Allardyce, unless if course we get relegated, then maybe as bad.
 
Remember this muppet was sputing at the start of the season that Lambert would be lucky if he scores 5 goals.
