Paul McShane - Outstanding

I agree with you, the one thing he does though is take the fight to the other team, something that Chester maybe needs to take on to be a truly great player- said a few years back thought Chester could play for England and stand by that

 

Macca was ****ing buzzing when the east stand was singing don't sell mcshane even before the goal

 

Macca is at his level of competence and should stay in the championship .This has been his best season for us but I still wouldn't want to extend his contract.

 

I have always been a fan of Paul McShane who, like Andy Dawson, would go through a brick wall for whichever team he plays for. Since his ankle injury he has been a little off the pace and it shows, at times, in his play. I wouldn't want to see him go as he would never let the side down but at EPL level there is no sentiment and I feel he would be tested. He would obviously have to take a huge drop in wages and may enjoy his football elsewhere if he got an offer (and I'm sure he would).
