    Is everyone on here daft enough to believe that Phil Thompson is party to Liverpools transfer dealings. Do you think Malcolm McDonald or Bob Moncur know exactly who we are looking to sign?

    The answers "No" in case your thinking about it.

    He's on the telly and trying to talk himself up a bit, he knows nowt about it. There's absolutely no way there a deal sorted out now.

    So when they said a £15m deal for Enrique, they meant £20m + Paul Konchesky?

    If Pardew is one of them helmets who likes to bring in players from teams he used to manage (even when they aren't ideal whatsoever) then my opinion of him will plummet and I'll want the knobber out ASAP.

    That sort of attitude and transfer management can actually be dangerous.
