Not clear what's happened from the Mail report but other articles talk about cliques of players who were running the club when Brown was in charge. So...... Westley is either a sociopath or he's clearing out the malcontentents or somewhere in between. A lot of egos in the mix by the sound of it.
Midfield is an area we least need strengthening though, well covered here. Wings, defence, goal keepers and up top are priority areas - all of which seem to me to being addressed by Steve Bruce.

We're welll covered in midfield, but I'm not convinced we have the quality in there for a promotion push. Cairney couldprovide that quality but for whatever reason he never gets a run in the team, so we need someone else.
