I expect when you consider that PB has been working as a coach in the States for the past eighteen months or so he see's the role of Cheltenham boss as a means and way of getting back in to the English game and nothing more. If he had stayed in the states and accepted the other 'roles' that even he said with a snigger on his face it would probably result in the fact that as time went on his name would be almost forgotten over this side of the pond. I dont expect to see him up there at Whaddon Road for too long !
Shaun North, who has been 1st team coach at Cheltenham, has now left Cheltenham. Im surprised as they both worked together at torquay and of course with us!
If you ever got to speak to North after Buckle left he would have told you all about Buckle and his (North) learning curve. His view of him was very very similar to that of the fans and Kite. After that altercation he lost whatever respect he had for PB.
