Did he do enough to be included in the first team this weekend ? I didn’t watch the match but read that he made some decent saves

He also let in a soft goal but haven’t they all this season. None have shown they are good enough for me like.

Was it an error for the goal? I would put the blame on the midfield and defence not closing the lad down. Shot from 25 yards into the corner - hard to judge that as a mistake from 1 single camera angle

Really hard to tell from this angle - you can't see the trajectory of the ball

Looks like he should have saved it but it's not the worst keeping gaffe I've ever seen.

What kind of keeper is he, is he agile and aggressive like Pickford? Big lad or a Camp?

I reckon I could've saved that. He went down in installments. I do agree that the majority of the blame for that goal was the midfield. They just waltzed right through unopposed.
Again, you can't see the angle. That one camera shot looks like it rolled past his hand, but in reality there was likely a much wider gap seeing as the lad hit it from what looked like the centre of the "D into the corner of the net

Tall and lean. Good in the air (handling crosses) and good shot stopper.

From what I have seen of him he is the best of the three, very confident and has a good pair of hands, I would leave him in now as the other two are not good enough for this league never mind higher, and he just might be. He does remind me of Pickford at the times tbh.

All young keepers make mistakes and then they pull off top class saves, it's all part of their jobs.
Has anyone seen enough of this kid to think he just might be in the Pickford class, and I know at the moment that's a bit of a stretch but they all have to start somewhere.

He had an ok game, should have really saved the goal, but I can see the arguments against the midfield.

There was also a corner that came back in to the front post where he should have climbed above everyone clattering them on the way if need be. He didn’t jump and got his hands nowhere near. He appealed for a foul and they were awarded another corner.

He did make a good save towards the end however.

He is only young and bound to make mistakes, as long as he learns from them we have a fairly good keeper on our hands.

I thought he had all the time in the world to save that one..
As we used to say, "he could have hoyed his hat on it".
I think he will be disappointed with it but the ball looked as if it moved a bit in the air. He definitely made up for it with that second half save though.
