there is 2 or 3 sites purporting to know the wage structure mostly out of date, Wiz opened the lid, so can take opportunity to explore other sources, 1 other site puts kalas on 30k Wells on 22k Pring on £600pw! SEMENYO on £2750pw!... it is a "guide, with a big big TIC!" I know of 1 player on about 20% more than quoted... not prudent to reveal source!!
You criticise the Palmer claims and even say 'everyone believes (and hangs)', for me most people are saying (including me) if true (but I don't believe it personally) it's outrageous but you re post the table of recent wages at our club and are happy with that, again I will say it, "if true (and again I don't believe it) then some of those wages are outrageous". You cannot have it both ways. Look are things worse than they were 2 years ago? of course they are they are far worse, to be honest I can only see an active January or the hope that 3 teams remain worse than us as our salvation. But where we differ is I and others see it as we have been sleep walking into our present position over that period of time, 3 managers and god knows how many coaches have failed to bring anything close to consistency for those 2 years or even put a stop to certain players making exactly the same basic mistakes that are costing us points. The match day team still has upwards of 7 players from 2 years ago starting with up to 4 more on the bench. For me now I would like to see Pearson sacked and a new man brought in, who I will bet will also fail with many of this squad, perhaps then the penny will firmly drop. As usual the focus of you and several others is to blame the fans, but there is only one person to blame and that is the owner, because he has allowed us to sink into this position with some incredibly poor decisions.
'there is only one person to blame and that is the owner, because he has allowed us to sink into this position with some incredibly poor decisions.' Absolutely this.
No he said he took responsibility for the Holden appointment, he said nothing about whatever the deal was between LJ and Ashton that started the sleep walk. The signing of Wells should have at least given us more goals, which was a big part of the problem and 2 years on 16 goals in over 70 games has broken that dream.
