We caught Stoke at a good time for us and v Liverpool we should have been 4 down at half time were it not for a lack of shooting practice on their behalf. We have played well for 30 mins of the derby then were awful and ran out of ideas and at Swansea and Norwich we were abject again. We capitulated at Brighton and against WBA we played well in patches after conceding 2 in 6 mins against one of the weakest teams in that league. You are papering over huge gaping cracks mate and although it’s quite honourable, it’s misguided imo. Your loyalty to Bruce is admirable and deserves a better response but your stance is sinking fast and you are grasping at small titbits to keep your argument afloat. Moyes may have finished 17th in his third season, but I'm pretty sure (without the backing of stats ) he did better than ok in the first two? 17th was always a glitch with Everton. Bruce can't even deliver a run in the league cup, ffs. x
What doesnt kill you makes you stronger mate. 14 years of relegations and promotions and another 10 years fighting against them, either avoiding them or failing in them, which leaves about 10/11 years when it was actually canny. Makes you wonder why we put up with the bugger when you actually write it down. We must be bloody senseless. Lol
