I have heard that he would be a good replacement for cesc but I have only seen youtube clips of him. has anyone watched him? Would he be good enough for us?

How about pushing Vermaelen into Central midfield position and give Bartley proper chance as CB. He's 6.3' and played for Gers for full season.
