What I would like to know is why doesn’t the person doing the interview ever ask him difficult questions or challenge his decisions? He is completely getting away with it. No fans to get on his back either. He is getting the easiest ride in history, it’s ridiculous.
We have an owner who couldn’t give a **** and if he did give a ****, they would be incompetent ****s anyhow. No one is allowed in the grounds, but if they were it would be poisonous. Jurassic knows he is safe due to both
I can't stand the ****er. Every time I read the line (or hear it) "Sunderland manager Phil Parkinson" a little bit of hope gets chipped away. He's beyond dull and absolutely ****
Like big Sam back tomorrow if i had the chance, even Peter reid.Taking Wyke off and putting graham was the last straw. Could cost us £230 to watch every away game as well !.
The demoralising thing is his standards and expectations appear to be so low. The polar opposite of what you need when you’re a big fish in a small pond. Although all the while Donald, Metheven and Parky are here Safc is shrinking and the pond is getting bigger. Can’t wait for them all to be out the club altogether.
He's the man setting the standards to the team and if he thinks that was really good then words fail me. Anyone with anything about them in the dressing room should stand up to him
Hate the thought of chopping and changing the manager, but this guy is simply not helping himself right now, he's living a charmed life in as much he has a board that cannot really sack him and no fans to get on his case week in week out. As soon as those two things are reinstated, I think he he is history
Give him six or seven attempts, and ge might, just might get us promoted. Not even a faint prayer of that happening this season with him in charge IMO. We'll never score enough goals , are now letting in soft ones, and refuse to play young talent who might make a difference. But wait...! Sorry, I've overlooked the manager's bristling confidence and inspirational character. That should do it. Meanwhile, looking on in the sky studios occasionally is Paul Cook.
