Whilst I am not Parkinson’s biggest fan (or even a fan), I’d like to know who was manager for the best home performance you’ve seen in the last 4 or 5 seasons on here? (Opinions I’m after as I’m not trying to push mine)

He was managing for my favourite. The Tranmere game is the most complete performance I’ve seen. What happened after that? Why could those players not do the same every week? I can’t imagine, in the game after that, he’s said “don’t play like you did against Tranmere”

I simply can’t pick a better game to watch at the SOL For years!!
The tranmere Match was played using Jack Ross's tactixs because he had just left the club and the players were still playing in the style hewanted to play

Fast forward two months later and parky is playing hoofball and we can't string a pass together.
Coincidence? I don't think so

I never in all Ross’ time at SAFC saw us play like that. We never drove forward to score more. We scored one then normally sat on it and waited until they scored fir a draw. It happened 20 times or something last season. The only game we went well ahead in was Barnsley and they were more smash and grab than push to score. Not sure which team you watched play Ross’s tactics like that

you also say “hoof ball” but then that we can’t string passes. Which one is it as it can’t be both?

I've never been keen on chopping and changing the manager...history shows this has done us few favours...all that said, Parkinson is WAY of his depth. He has lost the fans, looks like he has lost the dressing room and his only ally is Donald who...among the thousands of Sunderland fans is about as popular as fart in a spacesuit. He simply must be relieved of his duties at the earliest opportunity. Our club is in Freefall, we need a spark, we need some impetus from somewhere, this won't come from Parkinson, not now not never.
