I found it amusing Terry spoke out in his defence saying people should remember what he 's done for England...sorry, what was that then???, must have missed it, what did he help us win?...nothing!, got to a semi-final once...thanks for that Frank! He did nothing last night, he plays with two 'holders' for his club, in a 433 that should have suited him, yet looked lost. Having said that, the front 3 are 'very' fluid, perhaps too much so, I saw Rooney just in front of the back4 a couple of times!
Even Capello (who must be Lumpo's secret dad) must have noticed how badly he played against Wales! The only reason why Wales saw anything of that game was because Fat Frank had nothing to give. THudd would have done far better for England. Or even Carrick.
Or anyone. Lampard was dire. To be fair to fatso though, he plays one role for his club and does it very well, then he's selected for England and asked to do a completely different one. Pretty standard English selection policy, though. How many years did we see Gerrard and Lampard picked in the same side, with neither of them played in the position that they both favour?
