This would be an excellent signing imo. A very good player with a great engine. A huge upgrade on Barton!!
Betting being suspended means very little nowadays. Could still well be a few sad bastards on Twitter stirring ****e. Would be a terrific signing though.
We'll have brush up on the Park Chant: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_detailpage&v=_orkTy0A1yE
Man U Offish have tweeted that they have sold him to us. Great Great signing (but sad that my youngest daughters ManUre boyfriend has just bought a ManUre shirt with the name Park on the back....sad)
It would be a cracking signing, even if he is 31. [NSFW][/NSFW]
Cheers Scholesy, I'm surprised Man U are conducting any business with us after the last game of the season. At this rate we'll be signing up JT next! ( Did I just say that out loud? )
Taken from BBC sport website. Queens Park Rangers have agreed a deal to sign midfielder Park Ji-sung from Manchester United. The transfer fee is understood to be in the region of £5m as the 31-year-old had another year left on his contract, which he extended last summer. The South Korea international has made 133 Premier League appearances for United since joining the club from PSV Eindhoven in 2005, scoring 19 goals. He won four Premier League titles and the Champions League while at United. After beginning his professional career with Japanese side Kyoto Purple Sanga, Park impressed during his nation's run to the World Cup semi-finals in 2002, when they were co-hosts. Such performances saw him follow national team coach Guus Hiddink to PSV Eindhoven, where he played for three years before making a £4m move to Old Trafford, becoming a reliable wide option for boss Sir Alex Ferguson. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/teams/queens-park-rangers
Especially if at the £2million that is now being reported. Question is where does MH plan to play him? In Bartons role? On the wing?
