That response came through RAWA. I forwarded details following the thread on SMB and that was the response sent back to me.
The rest of the enterprise park is ok AFAIK. Just avoid St Catherine's Court.
Sorry to hear the appeal didn't work. That's a lot of money to have to shell out when you didn't realise you shouldn't park there
Is it ok to pass that onto RAWA? I don't know if they or the club can do anything to cancel the tickets but I can ask if you want me to.
Thanks for that Becs, I don't mind you passing it on at all. It's too late to get my parking charges cancelled because I paid them yesterday, but it may be worth asking for others who have decided to fight on.
A further word of caution on the same subject. I know some people park in the Hylton Riverside Retail Park across the road from St Catherine's court. They display parking signs limiting parking to 2 hours, so if they enforce that, then there will be more parking charges issued.
