Is there a difference really? One you're forced to marry someone and the other it's arranged for you to marry someone and you don't have a choice?
As I've posted before, freedom of choice should be just that. Whether it applies to what you wear, or to who you marry. Once there is any element of threat, whether that be direct or indirect. Coercion, family pressure, etc, then I have a problem with it.

That might be how it started, but it's not the basis of many, many marriages nowadays. It's far fetched to call marriage a religious institution nowadays.
Still is an religious institution regardless how some view it or try and change it.
It's an excuse to have a party and honeymoon regardless how religious people pretend those getting married give two ****s about an imaginary bloke sitting on a cloud.
You make it sound like a blind date.
It is very similar, where friends/family says I think this person or that person suits you, shall I introduce you as such and so on......
Still is an religious institution regardless how some view it or try and change it.
It's hypocritical, in my view, but the vast majority of those who marry in church aren't religious in the slightest. They usually just want the whole charade with the fancy wedding dress, etc.
Not really is it. That's not arranged at all. An arranged marriage is two families agreeing to wed their kids for some sort of mutual benefit.
So..Fox news anchor Geraldo, claims his daughter, was in Paris... watching a soccer match between France and Germany.. Now a 9\11 WTC survivor was shot during Paris attack, yeah OK right whatever. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/w...gs-at-bataclan-had-survived-911-a6743351.html Complete ****ing horseshit Belgian BMW stolen car in london... completely fabricated nonsense, be afraid you ****ers so when Cameron comes in with a bunch of new surveillance laws, you will all just bend over. Remember none of these "spying on us" things they do, since 1984 has caught any terrorists, unless you include all the 13 and 14 year olds they are arresting that is, for booking flights to the middle east. US tie, American band, brings it come to the US public, and will explain why all these Americans somehow connected, were there. German tie, playing at Stad de France. Brings it to the German public The terrorists came from the capital of the EU Belgium, for Bengians and the EU England tie, stolen BWM with Gelbian license plates. Of course you have to scare Britons too. The main nations responsible for turning the world to **** are all represented here. and all of a sudden the surveillance state, that missed a transnational terrorism conspiracy, is now suddenly working and finding out ****.. ok. People are ****in stupid

It predates all current religions and written history. The first real evidence that they have for it is around four thousand years old and it was around before that. The idea that it's a religious institution is a very modern one.
