Also, no. I disagree a lot with people on here. Just because I refuse to be vitriolic in how I do it does not make me a closet mackem. Don't get me wrong. Winding people up is a good laugh some of the time. However some people feel the need to constantly attack all the time. As I have said before, maybe it has something to do with not being from the NE. I feel no hate for Sunderland. That said, I have no animosity for anyone (and I include Leeds United!)

My '**** you' thread was obviously a bit 'tongue in cheek' but I knew some people would take it personally if they thought I was referring to them.

Comm, I am in favour of cross-board threads coming back too. It seems silly they were discarded simply because they were too popular... I mean, so what if there's wumming? Is it really better living in your little isolated bubbles protected from outside influences? Personally, I use the multi-board forum as it was intended, to rove about and discuss what I wish. Otherwise I'd be twiddling my thumbs on a single-board forum wishing the banter would liven up a notch. It'd shake people out of the apathy that's set in... "This is OUR board, only we can discuss stuff about our team".

Wumming is as much a part of the site as getting into heated and technical debate. A sports forum should represent the fans of sport, and sports fans love winding opposition fans up, otherwise games would be boring. That's also why I think it's sad people get banned for simply disagreeing with stuff.
