This is Pardew having a dig at HBA?.

Pardew should be sacked, HBA should be sold and the OP should be shot.

 

Personally I think this is a bit ****ing mental. To say Ba has played the perfect No 10 role is a ****ing joke. Ba has played the perfect No 9 role if you ask me. When asked if he wanted the No9 shirt he said he liked 19, so it may be that he was offered it, we'll never know. But again, much like the "Should Cisse get the No9 shirt straight away?" question leads you to the answer that its only a number.

I think what Pardew has referred to is the old squad numbering system, but if he think Ba has played a No10 role well, then who the **** has played the No9 role ?

Don't see this as a dig at all, just because HBA has the actual No10 on his back. HBA hasn't played enough for anyone to know what his best position is. I remember when we were first linked with him and all the reports were saying he was a left sided player. He hasn't played on the left yet to my knowledge, so maybe out wide is his best position, on either flank.

His right foot seemed pretty decent to me when he finished off that mazey run against Blackburn by smashing the ball into the roof of the net mind!

Hope he starts today. Fulham are one of those teams that I hate playing against cos invariably the games are very frustrating. HBA will terrorise Fulham like. He needs to be given the whole game to rip them to bits I reckon.
