If he did take the bizarre decision to sack him, I'd be more than happy if Hoddle was his replacement <ok>

After royally ****ing up the initial part of his reign, he has now taken a more hands on less emotional approach, and we've reaped the rewards. He is basically just doing the job he should do as a custodian of the club, but he is now doing it very well. Newcastle fans are not all that demanding despite what the southern media portray. We just want 11 on the pitch putting in 100%, and the club being run in a responsible manner. We've got that so we'll always support a board doing that.

To be honest Pardew has had full support from game 1. Whereas some like myself may have doubted his credentials on arrival (like most opposing football fans who mocked), every manager always gets a chance. We even gave Sam A a chance despite knowing his style of football was wrong for the ethos of the club.

Pardew came in when a lot of us were still very angry about Hughton's sacking, but very few fans were antagonistic towards him. Having said that, none were enthusiastic. He is now a regular recipietn of the Ee I ee I oh song: can't get more fully supported than that.

MA started horrbily, and deserved at least 90% of the anger that he received. I think virtually all supporters would acknowledge that he is now doing a good job of running the club's recruitement and finances. I think he re-named the stadiuym just to prevent any risk that he might ever be fully accepted

<laugh> Full acceptance is a bad thing.

The rest is good to read, will be interesting to see if Newcastle can keep it going next season <ok>
