Ranger was singing his praises in his last interview (post criticism - so it looks like that coupled with some top notch man management has made a difference, at least in ranger's eyes). I do agree that he talks too much though, and occasionally says something that irks me. Hughton had it right, say just enough and you wont screw it up.
