Maybe the Daily Snail has got a whiff of something going on as opposed to gossip. I don't recall Leicester signing any new cb's so why would Morgan want to come back to the Championship rather than have a tilt at the Prem - unless we put more money and a 3 year contract on the table for him?

Talking of CB's...what happened to Leon Barnett?

He'd be worth a shout, wouldn't he?

He went to Wigan and I think he's done pretty well.

Agreed he would have been a good shout, but was probably deemed "not good enough" for our new found "super status" in the Prem, so we got Caulker instead.

Poor copy and paste by the BBC. http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/28412531

'But Solskjaer is resigned to losing centre-back Steven Caulker - with Queen's Park Rangers poised to sign him

Chile midfielder Gary Medel and striker Fraizer Campbell also seem set to depart'

Absolutely pathetic effort, shows how little care or attention is given to the stuff they fill some of their pages with.

Yes, I saw the same. They are clearly diverting all their resources to the Commonwealth Games and leaving office boys/girls to do articles for the website.

Hope they can recover all their drunken journos from Glasgow for the start of the football season.

Could be with Brayford getting the no. 2 shirt. It didn't help KTC's chances that he missed some of the recent games due to a death in his family but it also looks like Ole doesn't rate him as highly as Malkie.

Had hoped to keep him Sparks but he is worth a Prem slot.

We know that we won't sell him on the cheap or debt must be coming down massively.

Wonder whether he'll start today. Before this "press scoop" from the Mirror, I'd have thought he was a nailed on certainty - now I'm not so sure.

It'll be very interesting if he figures against Wolfsburg at all - if he doesn't, then it's probably bye bye lad.

I suppose if he does play him, it could just be Ole making the right noises about keeping him, but if he's on his way anyway, better to try a different formation without him.

Hudson injured according to WoL. Personally I think he was held back pending a move to Leeds assuming 2 new cb's come in.

Wrong move in both senses imo. If the signings don't come in then Hudson has to play Friday so therefore needed the game time.

And who in their right mind would want to go to Leeds?
