I got myself a vibrating plate and use that 4-8 times a day, it requires little or no effort. I also just gave myself smaller portions, you've eaten 50% too much if you eat until you feel full. My stomach has shrunk and 3 pancakes can last me 4-5 hours and now I only want to eat 2 or 3 times a day. Never eat after 9pm and don't have any non filling calories like ice cream. I still have the odd beer and a chocolate bar a day too. No takeaways either, I learnt to make my own curries and they are just as nice. Also, sugar free mints are good for the sweet taste you crave with zero calories
Sort of, I still eat the same stuff but less even though im just as full as before and don't get hungry. That's something you can keep up. You can't keep up a normal diet because you go back to your old eating habits and pile it back on.
I think Traore is a far better LB than midfield where he lacks the close ball control necessary. He can defend well when he concentrates as he did at Wembley, and he is improving. Yun shows every sign of being a good LB, and hopefully will again on the World's biggest stage next week's. We are buying ca 5 new players, keeping core players like these 2 I hope, and with Clint in addition it is not a position we need to supplement now. We do need a left sided midfield player, a RB back up at least for Simpson or someone better than him going forward, a striker, a CB, a creative midfield player if Adel is not back, and possibly a DCM.
