Yes, talk to a dealer...sorry, doctor. Often amounts to pretty much the same thing really, but the doctor will be cheaper, and will be able to supply you with better quality drugs. The dealer may be more honest though.
I sometimes panic that there won't be another **** thread for me to read on here but so far it's all good.
@Matth_2014 I know you probably won't take this on board but as I said on the other thread if talking face to face with somebody ain't ya thing then give something like Steps2Wellbeing a go.
Steps2Wellbeing. Based in Hampshire n Dorset. I'm guessing they deal with 1st world problems, like not being able to find quinoa in your local M&S?
@Matth_2014 I’m not wumming here, but I suffer from quite severe anxiety attacks. It’s not about “calming down” because it’s the body’s mechanisms operating without any reason. The way I cope is to eat muff. I find that this distracts me enough to get everything back on an even keel. Of course, it does mean that during times of heavy stress, I’ve got my nose planted in flange for most of the day, and that can be awkward to arrange, especially at short notice. Anyway, I hope this helps.
Matth. Do you ever wonder why you get some of the responses you get on here? Go and read back through the thread, you've completely ignored almost anyone who has given actual advice instead choosing to engage with those who take the piss. Time to look in the mirror mush
It shouldn't have done, but this made me laugh. I've now got this mental image of Matth trying to work out what the **** you're going on about.
I have a panic attack roughly around 2 1/2 weeks after payday, and think '****, i've still got another 1 1/2 weeks'
For quite a few years, I used to live like a Roman Emperor for the first half of every month, and like a tramp for the second half; took me that long to get used to monthly pay. I get paid exactly every 4 weeks now, which is even more confusing as during the course of the year, payday migrates across the month from the end to the beginning. I’m a bit more disciplined now though (only a bit).
