I can’t believe it’s pancake day again. Honestly, it just crêped up on me. So, how many tossers on here tonight? (Second thoughts, don't answer that!)

My contribution; Gin Pancakes

Ingredients; Flour, milk, eggs, gin.
Recipe; Gently mix flour with eggs and milk. Oh stuff it, chuck it in the bin.
Drink the gin.

At least I'll remember Corned Beef Hash Wednesday is tomorrow now....actually maybe I'll make a corned beef hash pie and double up
