Palacios gets my vote aswell, good player who must feel he has something to prove at this level I would think, Davies also falls into this category which is the type of player we need IMO
Palacios played his best football in an unpretentious Northern town under the guidance of Steve Bruce (ring a bell). London was probably too much of a distraction for him, and I doubt he enjoyed having the pennies put on his eyes as he entered Stoke.
Burnsy says on twitter that he's getting the impression that Stoke are dithering at bit regarding Palacios, Steve Bruce on Humberside tomorrow. Will need some sort of decision soon.
