A little jealous mate but at the same time hats off to em.. I think Shortbread is trying his all for SAFC to succeed. At the time Bruce looked like a good manager for us, Martin O Neil looked even better.. He switched to DOF model and it's been mixed results.. That, coupled with the poorest of English signings the BPL has seen this decade has us deservedly sitting where we are.. I look at Leicester and palace, both managers have the players 'playing' for them coupled with pace and no pensioners in the defence.. I suppose the positives we have right now is playing this poorly early in the season means we've 'still' got plenty of possible points pick up!
Ey mate! Until we get the desired mid table finish then it'll always look suspect.. I like our acquisitions of big tola, lens, M'Villa.. Strengthened in the front third, it's our D coupled with Pva jones and Coates lacking that has let us down so far.. Hopefully/Surely we get a good run going..
All of these managers not being able to change things for the better suggests to me there are more deeper systemic problems at the club! Either that or we've been cursed by a witch! Maybe someone didn't buy some lucky heather in The Bridges
