Things are not looking good for the Selhurst squad ahead of tonights Carling Cup game as Freedman battles with the debilitatating illness that has swept through the camp.




It's now believed the bug could be far worse that first expected and symptoms could last up to a month.Here is the latest release from the London based club:

its real Swamp but how real is the question? I'm not convinced it's as bad as reports on SSN today suggest. (cynical is good)

I heard Palace have adopted The Cranberries - Zombie as the new club anthem. Either way I hope the game will be a Thriller. :D

Just been on the Palace board to see what they are saying.

They must have a virus as well. No-one's posted since 5th Jan!
