I'm 57 and a bit overweight but reasonably fit
It was back in October - I was off work for just over 3 weeks - went to hospital but was let out on the same day (though I admit that was a bit scary) - fully recovered now with no lingering problems

 

Wow.....that worked out well for you in the end.....many others weren't so lucky.....had someone on my daughter-in-laws side of the family who spent months in hospital (from last April)....about a 4 week induced coma...eventually recovered enough to go home....but has been recovering so slowly....walking a little further each day....and has driven his car for the first time recently....he was a big strong policeman who used to do House of Commons security....a regular keep fitter....probably younger than you.

 

Bit bleedin touchy there plym. You didn't mention older people in your post or other ailments or anything else and all I did was respond to what you did say. So contrary to accusation I was not trying to tell you or anyone what you were on about. Fact, young people die and fact, old people die with this thing. It is not necessarily age related it does depend a lot on what else you have. But you can have no other problems and still pop the old clogs.

notDistant....There is no joker on the mid-week games....Any way the Wigan game has been off since yesterday.

Chorley v Derby is postponed according to the beeb today. BC and Notdistant both have as a joker.

 

Article on the BBC that the game is still on....that Derby will be using U23 & 18 squad players to turn out on Saturday....a bit confusing at the moment ?

 

Misread it and only read the first bit. Sorry folks. They may want to rethink their jokers though.

 

If this game goes ahead with Derby playing an under strength team...it's not only jokers that might be moved....but the result as well.

If FA Cup games continue with unavailable players....what does that say to EFL management about postponing league games so quickly as they have been doing.

 

At this rate I can see the season being paused before long.

 

There are things changing as we speak.....

Sunderland v Hull has been ADDED to this Saturdays Div one games....I'm not sure if we should include it in our predictions...seeing that maybe some of our predictors will not get around to seeing that it is on ...any thoughts about this ?

Also it looks like the Southampton v Shrewsbury Cup game will be off....but fortunately we're not doing it....BUT it could mean that we will lose the Shrewsbury v Lincoln Div One game on the 16th Jan.

PS.....just noticed we've gain another game.....Rochdale v Crewe in Div One on Saturday ?

I tell you what, I'm going to start again! I looked at the fixtures and saw Sunderland postponed. But that was yesterday's news, Sunderland v Fleetwood. Now we have Sunderland V Hull in the BBC fixtures too!
