Ok lets not panic just yet but the Luke Young story I am kinda not surprised because it reminded me a bit of Kevin Gallen against Portsmouth when he tried to play on with a cruciate ligament injury, I had the same feeling last week, **** I hope I am way off the mark!!:(

I really think i he was that bad we would have got an emrgency loan in sooner. If we have Cerny till the jan transfer that is 8 games. I really hope this does'nt cost us this season. remember he got the golden gloves in the ccc a couple of seasons ago.
 
Yes we did sign a keeper in the summer and he did his hamstring last week and is out for 8 weeks. Did see a report in the paper yesterday saying we are looking at a Italian keeper, but I'd imagine we'll go to the PL and ask for permission to sign a keeper on emergency loan.
 
The bizarre decision to keep Cerny at the Club will be given the ultimate test in the next two months. A lot of us said it was a mistake at the time but hopefully he'll prove us wrong. I won't hold my breath though.
 
We could do worse than Cerny. Don't castigate him for one or two bad games. He's a talented goalkeeper, and kept Camp out before Paddy came in. He'll see us until the new year. What is it with these injuries though? We must have the worst record in the Prem

I disagree Goaldie. I think he's a poor goalkeeper and I always thought Camp should have played ahead of him. However, that's in the past and I hope Cerny plays a blinder today and in the weeks to come. COY RRRRRRRR's

Yeah, we can agree on that last bit, Swords. Squeaky bum time over the next couple of hours.

i'm not talking about murphy, there was an italian kid we signed 'for the future'. anyone know anything about him?
 
What's happened's happened.

Cerny's probably pissing himself and now we have to back him.

Enough of all this gloom. He's our keeper for the next 8 games regardless.

Hmm Im not sure if I can trust this. Will have to wait for teamsheet. In the meantime pray pray pray!!!
