Ozil and Cazorla rated best midfielders in Europe

No coincidence that without no.2 in Europe, Cazorla, they've fallen apart.

We do miss him, but as someone on our board pointed out, we may also be exaggerating about how bad we have missed him, before he got injured we had pretty much started our dip all the way back in November, with bad performances, losing away to West Brom etc. I think he even missed a penalty in our 1-1 away draw to Norwich, which btw came after our away defeat to West Brom, the rot basically started from then.

Having said that, think he was better than Ramsey, our play is more suited to having a deep lying midfielder like Cazorla who can dictate play, rather than an energetic box-box midfielder like Ramsey, who cannot dictate-control play, and certainly has nowhere near the range or skill set of Cazorla when it comes to good ball movement-passing.

The Gooners should have IQ87 sectioned. He's a jinx. This thread pretty much destroyed Cazorla, Ozil and Arsenal's seasons.

It's easy to blame Wenger but that's just deflecting from the root cause of the problem ie any club that is supported by IQ87 deserves nothing but failure.

... I've been supporting my club since I was knee-high to a grasshopper ... born in Leicester General Hospital ... didn't choose them because they were 'top of the tree' at the time I decided to take an interest in football ... in a way they chose me .... so it really is irrelevant whether you (or anyone else) chooses to forget about us ...
