Not sure you needed your that much effort in mate. We know where he lacks. Wouldn’t call him a pathetic footballer. He can’t be as that season with Amad he looked a world away from where he is now. He’s been poor, except for maybe one game, for as long as I can remember.

and his fans will say “he’s not getting help from the team” yet he also offers no help to the team!! Great with the ball at his feet. But can’t use it or shoot with it!!

Possibly just as an advisor for 3 games? We as a fan base react well to big characters and it seems this young group of lads do too.

Just trying to explain my disappointment in him. I'd say his effort, lack of team play and his continued insistence on shooting from awful positions is pathetic.

Regis' needs to start ****ting or get off the pot.

Tactically all over from an attacking POV. He's definitely very negative and suits being under the cosh, we are a big fish in this league, so our attacking play needs to be better. We were outstanding earlier this season with the press and the sharp forward passing. Its poor now, that first half was just completely lacking threat.

I still hope hes just a bit naive, he should have plenty goodwill given our position.

    We'd be a laughing stock imo ...

... a totally backward step in every way.

Not as head coach just someone who can get some motivation these last few games, it’s clear there’s a disconnect somewhere been players and manager.

Eat, sleep, train together. Reaffirm the team bond. Makes sense. The one's on their backs need to get the **** off. They are young lads who don't need more pressure than they already have.

I’ve seen both players and manager set up with free flowing pressing football that got us to the top of the table. To go from that to the way we play now it’s not wild to say somethings going wrong somewhere, even though we are fourth it’s still quite a drop off performance wise. I guess we will see in the play offs if things step up or not.

I love RLB and don’t want him gone

but if he’s to go id like a manager that lets us dominate games.

similarly id like RLB to go out and dominate games next year (if we don’t go up)

It’s definitely been poor, I would say since Hull we’ve laboured but we’ve just gone through a period of refreshing players legs ready for the big games as they’ve judged that that is why. I think it’s fair to say we were short of the squad of players we needed and took some risks on injured players which were disasters. Calling for the coaches head is idiotic. We have had a good season and it’s not over.

Coventry fans aren’t calling for their manager’s head, nor are Bristol fans …

… yet they’ve both just lost to Luton and may not reach the playoffs.

Why on earth would we, the vast majority aren’t though.

Think a lot of it is being a victim of our own success this season. We've been secured in 4th for maybe half the season now and performances have dropped off recently since we dropped out the auto race so people are on edge.

Compare it to 22/23 when we snuck in on the final day it felt great and everyone looks back with fond memories, forgetting that we were really poor in a lot of games that season.

These standout final games are mental!

    Coventry (6th, 66pts) v Middlesbrough (9th, 64pts)

    Sheffield utd (3rd) v Blackburn (8th, 65pts)

    Burnley (1st) v Milwall (7th, 66pts)

    Bristol City (5th, 67pts) v Preston (20th, 49pts)

    Derby (19th, 49pts) v Stoke (18th, 50pts)

All in which need to win (potentially) to either secure play offs, avoid relegation or win the league

Be interesting to see who people would prefer in the play offs at this stage. Either way it's definitely going to be an eventful day across the league!

soon as i saw the ref i knew we would need to play well to get anything...have to say i am basing that on the 2nd free kick for the 2nd goal more than anything.

that was pretty much the team most would want to play apart from leo at left back/side/defence/middle but was once again a dire performance, now i know and understand the 'young side' people but they also need to progress, stop these brilliant performances then stagnating or going backwards we know and they know they can play much better.

if we do manage to go up, players will be needed obviously but should we fail we certainly need to address both sides, watson is away, roberts for all his efforts has failed to deliver, le fee is not a winger, while i hate to say it, these 'constantly injured' players either need sold or need good back ups...we need to get back to those first 5 games and 'get back what we lost'.

leaving it at that as i can feel myself morphing into a 'monty'.

I never slagged anyone off. But the atmosphere at Oxfords 3 sided stadium was noisier than anything heard at the SOL for years.
If you disagree you’re burying your head in the sand.
I’m only telling the truth. Our performance levels have fallen off a cliff, and I’m simply stating a fact.
Is RLB capable of turning this around? Maybe and I hope he is, but sorry I’m not confident.
We look like a team devoid of any passion, and surely this is down to the manager.
    I wish it were different.

Disappointing performance from the lads today. Thought Oxford were well worth the 3 points and were set up well and very difficult to play against. Credit to them for winning the battle and their cup final today. Thought they dished a few late kicks out early on and it showed the fight that was required. Sadly we didnt have that today. Good luck to them going forward. A week away for the lads and a bit of bonding fine tuning ready for qpr and the play offs.
No team other than Millwall are on.good runs so I'm confident we can still turn things around for the play offs. Keep the faith lads and lasses and let's get right behind the lads for qpr and send them into the play offs knowing we are all right behind them and up for the fight. Haway the lads.
