Overall Activity - what does this actually mean?

I'm going out on a limb here but I think it means how much of the functionality do you use such as post threads, replies, blogs, giving rep etc.

I dunno OT, i dont use the Blog part at all, but on the stats me, you and -Jordan- are all on 100... So i just think it's how often you are actively (ie, posting) online.
