Well said - a touch of realism.
From our perspective we sit wondering how we can play with that much fire, skill, aggression, determination, and quality when we are down and almost out, but we cant raise it every game.
I actually think Bale's cheating backfired massively on Spurs today - it really got the backs of the Arsenal players up and we just went for it.

Agree jayram...bale was great until his dive and was pretty bad after it...and it definitely galvanised arsenal. We were shockingly poor after it went 2-1...from that point onwards it became the spurs of old that I've grown to love...as much as I hate to say it but 5-2 flattered us ... Hope the players get over it rather than dwell on how pior we were after the 35th min
To be fair - we were not that good even before the 35th minute. The Arsenal defence gave us one goal, and nearly gave us another one. None of that was down to our good play really. Van persie should have had two before the first goal, and there was a miracle save by Friedel too. We could easily have lost 7-0.
