    Prefer Xavi myself.

One of Iniesta's biggest attributes is his ability to draw fouls. Not sure if that's good or bad.

Not sure about Sturridge, could he fit Rodger's came? He has attitude issues and is completely one footed. Pacey though, which we need.

  2. I think the ability to draw fouls is fantastic. Alonso was the master at it at Liverpool, wasn't there about eight red cards for the opposition in his final season...? He never dived, just moved the ball too quickly for opponents <ok>

I'd love Sturridge but I don't see it happening. The only way he would leave Chelsea is if someone offers him a place upfront, we wouldn't be able to do that, he would be out wide like he is at Chelsea. Of course, with Marin, Hazard and possibly Hulk coming in, maybe he is surplus to requirements...???

Have you seen the links at all with Borini from Roma? Rodgers worked with him at Chelsea and at Swansea when we has on loan. Could be a tidy player.

I am interested in some of France's younger players and hope to see one or two in the mix today.

Modric was pretty good last night as well btw. Keith Andrews could fit the bill for us, misses enough chances!! <laugh>

    Just maybe!!

Tbf with Ireland I wouldn't mind Stephan Ward at the club as backup. International, wolves could let him go cheapish, an area where we don't have many names ( Robinson and .......?).

I hope to see valbuena play today, I like his style and wish we would go after him as well but he is 28 I think (?) so might be a bit too old for our policy, if we still even have that policy mind!

I almost forgot, Miguel Veloso and Moutinho can walk into our midfield anytime they want.

Fabio Borini would be a good shout, talented player with a good free kick.

Stephen Ward is scraping the bottom of the barrel in fairness.

As far as left back goes I say Robinson is ready to step in when needed.
