Ive been trying for 2 days now to get through to them to buy tickets for the game on Sat for me and the boys.

Today they just keep cutting me off when im in a queue. What a load of shyte they are!
 
I've always found it easier to book my tickets online then print off at home. If you have that facility I would recommend it

Its telling me the same automated message as it did yesterday now.
Appearently due to the amount of callers online they are currently umable to take my call at the moment. What a load of bullshyte

You wasting loads of your time doesn't solve the problem - it just perpetuates it.

The more complaints there are the higher up the "to do list" it gets. Absolutely ludicrous that it should be so difficult to hand money over

Just got back from getting my AFC wimb ticket for Saturday, quiet in there and £22 row 30 good view tried to get the Burton match ticket but they only do one match at a time. I think the police and coast guard were practicing on wearmouth bridge as i went past about 3.10pm today.
