I think that's quite a negative assessment personally. I'd give almost everyone an upgrade.

Let's not panic too much about losing a match, it's a long season and if we're up and down like a rollercoaster it'll be a nightmare. We've got a good team for the level we're at and we've got a good manager, we'll be fine.

Tbf, we need a goalscorer or we will be down the bottom. Vaughan doesn't cut it.

Grabban will be okay as a 2nd striker but we need somebody to put the ball in the back of the net.

I agree though, the assessment is a bit harsh on a lot of them.

Be surprised if that's from Vince as I wouldn't have him down as a 'knee jerker'.

We do need more though I agree.

Yeah we do need a goalscorer but I reckon we'll get one in before the window shuts.

Yeh I'm not a doom and gloomier
I understand where we are at the moment
It will take time and some knitting together to get us going
