That is the share vehicle for the Morgan family share holding, why the Yanks have been removed as directors and replaced by Martin Morgan I can only presume it's to do with the original take over, and know the residual shares are being handed back maybe. OTH 2015 Ltd is 'the original travel house' I think.

Most of the former shareholders held their football shares in their own companies.These Swansea shares were then transferred to the American holding company at the time of the sale. With OTH (2015) Limited this was originally Morgans company. For some reason the football shares which were in Oths name were not transferred but the OTH shares were.

This is why Levien and Kaplan became directors of this company.I thought at one time that this company might be used to extract management charges for the benefit of Levien and Kaplan to the detriment of the other American shareholders.Without accounts having been filed it is difficult to know what has happened.

Sounds to me the Yanks could be getting ready to jump ship

 

They do not want to pay for Championship shares at PL value, it's that simple, now a chance for the Trust to pull away from this lot...........

 

Just exactly WTF is going on?

 

The Yanks have realised the financial cost of relegation and don't want to throw 'good' money after bad......

They probably haven't got any cash to buy them anyway!

 

They have more cash than you can imagine...Their job is to make money and not waste it on silly things like quality players....Anything on that side of things they will sell to the highest bidder for profit.......I can see them being here for sometime to come as they will find it very difficult to find anyone interested in buying a football club heading down the divisions.......They wont however have much problem finding huge companies for a prime site once they have achieved their goal....The potential profit they could make is off the scale.....

We dont have any choice imv other than accept what plans the Americans have for our future. As far as the trust is concerned then there is more in fighting and disagreements with them than anything and they dont have any power anyway.....If we survive which there is a good chance we will then we will get a better perspective in the summer on what their intentions are, So there is no point fretting until then....
