lets stick to the football mate if you wouldOf course, and I bet I'm the only one who respects him (that's why he was voted one of the 100 Greatest Britons in the BBC's poll a few years ago).
hopefully a new manager might be able to produce a set piece routine...
Who voted for Brian Laws?
I will track you down with a squad of Ninjas and my cats.![]()

not a case of living in the past. he is already a hull city legend and would keep the status quo at the club. plus he is far more experienced in handling players.
yes we all have our own opinion, But Joyce IMO is the one to get in. if he wont come then Karl Robinson.
no thanks to messrs...mcclaren - davies - jones - laws - megson et al. there are all out of work for a reason.

This Warren Joyce fantasy is wearing a bit think with me to be honest. Nobody is denying what he did for the club is unrepayable, but if we're serious about challenging for promotion we can't appoint him as manager.

Apart from Megson, who is Sheffield Wednesday's manager

but he is very forgetable to be honest with you.Would love to see a Joyce/Solskjaer double act.. for those doubting Joyce.. he has already proved he can manage a football club (very well.. don't forget he was harshly sacked too) when last here.. he then went on to have a successful coaching career, culminating in being employed at the biggest club in the country and being trusted enough to manage their reserves (jointly with OGS).. he's also managed abroad at Royal Antwerp.
In addition to that we have a number of ex- United players who he recommended to the club so will be keen to work with again, and will keep the contacts he had when at United to possibly bring in more.. oh and he has a huge affinity with the club and its fans.. to suggest his named being linked with the club purely for sentimental reasons is nonsense.. there are a number of logical ones too.
Don't get me wrong.. he's by no means 'perfect' for the role.. but who is?.. none of the names on that list exactly fill any of us with optimism.
Nick Barmby as manager? Ffs I like Nick as much as the next city fan, but he has zero managerial experience. It's a no from me. Possibly a number 3 2 at a big push, but manager?
