We do well without big names....We are a club that make them big names and thats how i want it to be....forget the journey men they are easy to get and are usually only after a regular pay day. I don't think huw will make the same mistake as laudrup next time i think he has learned his lesson there...

Too many clubs in my view, that's why i don't go for the names that usually crop up. Give me a young up and coming manager hungry for success and is able to buy into the system that has served us well..
