Aye, that's fair enough AN16. Standing outside Boots with your pile of Big Issues must be very time consuming...............<laugh>[

are you an assistant in the fun fair in tracco bay? :)

It's Trecco Bay and the funfair isn't there anyway - it's on Coney Beach next to Griffin park and the old Coney Beach Boxing Arena.

Bet you guys didn't know that Porthcawl had a 12,000 seater open air boxing arena that staged some classic fights in the 60's and 70's

Do you remember the "Brawl in Porthcawl" guys? Have look at this old clip and enjoy the mayhem.....<laugh>

Before you ask - no, I wasn't there but my dad certainly was. We were living in Bridgend at the time and a trip to Porthcawl for me was a special outing.......<laugh>

I used to go there as a kid! Used to love it there but now it has changed so much. Bit like all the seaside places. Barry Island used to be great when Butlins was there but now it's terrible. Kids don't get to see what we had :(
That ain't a dig at your home town either Chepstow was fantastic to grow up in and that has turned into charity shops and hairdressers. It has lost its appeal to the tourist. Unless you like getting pissed up at the races:)

AN16 - just forget Saturday mate and enjoy. <ok>

For some reason i used to be able to play the opening rift to Black Night, along with Smoke on the Water. Cant even remember how to hold a guitar now.
Saw Ian Gillan, Gloucester Leisure Centre 1981 used to love his stuff

Blimey what did I start....

Say a prayer for Tony Iommi who has been diagnosed with Lymphoma just as Black Sabbath are recording their first new album (as the original line up) in 34 years and are preparing to tour.
