Syd I am dissapointed in you.I was a new newbie and according to the mods on a distinguished road.Suddenly I became a member and wandered into a field of green weed and white lilly.You ignored my pleas(see other grass thread)Now I see "UNDERLAN" Happy Dazeeeee...Help

I've found it now, but on my HD 15.6 inch laptop I can see 'Sunderlan'. It's better than grass, but it would be better if it fit!

lol it was only 300 quid as well! I'm really chuffed with it, even though I've crashed it a few times since I bought it! (Not the manufacturer's fault, entirely mine)

I love the new banner.
Like Jersey, I see "Sunderlan" and only half the S - but it looks great that way.

yeah the one on the top wasnt mine, i cant take credit for that.

I must have looked all over the net for a decent pic like the toon/arsenal ones in Hi-Def with Sunderland players celebrating, couldnt find jack squat, found a couple really small SD ones but they looked like crap when I expanded them to fit. If i get time tommorow i will have another look.
 
Just re-sized the screen (Zoom out to 65%) banner looks good, can we get the heading further down the page so we can see the banner, so it's not partly obscured by the top of the page. Sorry if there is any typo's on this, cant see the screen proprely without moving back a bit, then can't reach the keyboard. Any ideas how to stretch your arms by about a foot?

how do I do that zoom thing on my laptop?
 
Logged off, went back to my work, shock!!!!!!!!! I now have the sunderland banner all over my desktop, a bit streched vertically the black cat looks more like a dragon headed mouse.....................good job the boss is off sick, I've got the rest of the week to put it right.

Banner looks good . I can just about make out Sunderlan. Agree we should not have it obsured by the rest of the page. Keep going lads.
 
I don't like criticising other people's efforts regarding this 'banner' but the simple fact is that I don't think it looks that good...However, with me being about as much use as a Mag on Question Time with computers, who am I to talk...
