Completely agree. We really need David Dein back, maybe even in a part time role, just to teach Gazidis how to negotiate with players/agents. On Newcastle, the side that they're building has quietly gone about the business of being very good. Think about it, top class strikers (Ba, Cisse), good midfielders (Cabaye, Tiote, Gutierrez, Ben Arfa, Gosling, Guthrie), and a servicable defence. Plus a top young keeper in Krul, they're pretty well set for a run at a europa league place, maybe even CL if us, Chelsea and Liverpool keep faltering.
