I don't think loans will make much difference because the squad's already decent. But McGhee needs to stop playing people out of position and sort out his best lineup.
Seems to me Lee Brown should revert to left back where he played pretty well before. Virgo's clearly a centre back. Michael Brown or Joe Anyinsah out on the right, Broghammer on the left. I prefer Norburn to Gill.Make Wayne Brown captain and pair Clarkson with Richard.
It will be interesting to see whether we look a bit sharper up front without Harrold. He's awkward and ok in the air, but he never looks that mobile.
