Fair enough, but you probably are if you really think about it. Life seems to me to be about 90% pretense. Or as Sartre called it, 'Bad Faith'. Sometimes we are so good at pretending, that we convince ourselves that this is the only possible reality, when of course, there are a multitude of options. You just have to take a step back and take a more objective stance. Detach yourself, so to speak.

Yes. I think you're too nice to hear the nasty stuff :)

Reminds me of the early Rickie days. Anyone near us would know that we used to sing "he gets the ball he makes it his..." Not takes the piss for my young son. We also sing "aha la la la la la la who the heck is laughing now" :)
