I think he is a good player too (one of those hat tricks was Champions League), but it's a lot of money and big contract if Fulham go down, and they still have a leaky defence and ancient midfield.
Poor buggers been stitched right up. Refused several offers to go, saying he was loyal and wanted to continue working with B McDermott, and a few hours later . . . . Prob' too late for him to move now, though I'd think even Accrington would be in with a chance if they made him an offer! Does anyone know what the **** is going on at Leeds? Are they trying to out do Pompey in the dodgy owner stakes?

West Ham's owners said they'd not sack Big Sam, instead investing the money to be able to buy a new striker. Instead... seven loans. Not panicking, then.
Oldham Athletic manager Lee Johnson has persuaded old friend and striker Jon Stead to sign for them on loan.
Apologies. Five signings. All for free or on loan. They also tried for Joleon Lescott. Johnson, Armero, Razak, Nocerino, Cole, Borriello.
