So we are joint 2nd lowest in terms of transfers in (tied with Palace, Arsenal) although I think Palace have signed Fosu-Mensah on loan from Utd so maybe just tied with Arsenal.

I think the inflation in price (and probably wages) of the sorts of players PL clubs usually go for has seen things really slow down

PHILIPPE COUTINHO is said to be undertaking a “training protest” at Liverpool as he tries to force his £100million move to Barcelona, according to Yahoo Sports.
The Brazil international, 25, has told Kop boss Jurgen Klopp he wishes to leave Anfield this summer to be Neymar’s replacement.
And now, Coutinho is reportedly acting lazily in training as he bids to force the German chief’s hand.
A source said: “Coutinho is doing little in training. He wants to ensure he gets his move.”
The “Little Magician” had claimed he wanted to leave Liverpool, but only if a deal “can be done amicably“.
