Well that must have been one of the shortest cricket Test matches on record - India win by ten wickets.
Yes - shortest since 1938! Shame for England and Channel 4 as now they have 3 days without cricket. Questions will be asked of the batting and that pitch. We didn’t deal with it well but still should be better than lasting 2 days !
Well that at least answers a question for me - I spent ages looking through every sports channel I could think of trying in vain to find out where I could watch it...
Aww.. Maybe it wasn’t well advertised? Basically they have picked up the Indian coverage (you can tell!!) and have Cook and Strauss in the studio back in London. The first test was good fun. They have the rights to the test series. One more which starts next Thursday. Then back to Sky for the T20s and ODIs.
You might start off reading this by thinking it is just a story about a well heeled golf club, but read on and you will find it goes far deeper than that into the world of foreign investment into the flag flyers of top UK sport. Chinese and Russians buying up property that only pop stars could afford at one time, and the rich no longer wanted, only the super rich. https://www.theguardian.com/news/2021/mar/02/wentworth-golf-club-reignwood-yan-bin
Super elitist, eh? Far too much money into f a r too few pockets. Bad enough now, I'm dreading the mess we're gonna be in in 20 years time, 10 years... hell, next year!
F1 has never been the same since BBC lost the broadcasting rights Just imagine the Murray Walker of 30 years ago commentating on Lewis Hamilton
Radacanu dose it again in straight sets ! Sensational stuff . And will now face another teen in the final .
Test Match cancelled due to Covid. A number of positive tests among the Indian staff. Have all the spectators at the previous games been tested before being allowed into the ground anyone know?
Think they have had to show a COVID pass and done a test ? Apparently the staff went out together which has caused this situation.
Raducanu match now on channel 4.. https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2...ylah-fernandez-on-free-to-air-tv-on-channel-4
Wow! That was nerve wracking at the end but what a way to win and another very strong performance under pressure . Sky is the limit for Emma.
Brilliant display of tennis from both of them. But what a story this makes. Qualifier wins the title without dropping a set.
