Europe fighting back well in the afternoon session after USA dominated the Fourballs. Molinari and Fleetwood look like they are building a good partnership. Mickelson and Woods not turned to the party as seems to be the case in the Ryder Cup.
I was hoping the Ryder Cup might be wrapped up soon but the USA as predicited are making a good fist of things . Mainly because they don't have to rely on each other.. Might be relying on the lower order ...much like the England cricketers!
Nightmare for Freddie Burns. First misses a kick right in front of the posts then is caught out celebrating too early when scoring a try. All in the last 6 minutes and Bath lost by 2 points.
Jersey Reds beat top of the table Cornish Pirates 33-10 yesterday afternoon. It was also the Jersey Rally yesterday and Friday. jerzeypie was a timekeeper Friday and I think a Marshal yesterday. He has a great picture from Friday of the aftermath of one of the cars spinning. It ended up turning 90 degrees, completely blocking the lane but didn't end up in the hedges on either side of the road - a fantastic bit of parking, albeit unintentional!
Knowing Hamilton he probably wanted to clinch the title by winning but well done on a 5th World title.
Wow! Love the Toulouse player who knocked that ball from him - that’s professionalism. Cheers for the clip, Mark.
Typical. I've been glued to the test match and when I finally give up and go for my shower, they take the last wicket Was getting to be a bit of a worry, but well done England.
I can´t wait for Saturady but guess I'll have to. I so hope Fury gets his belt back, then he can have a shot at AJ and that'd be amazing!!
I can't deny that Fury is a fantastic boxer, but some of his antics outside the ring are more like those you expect from someone in WWE.
Well done to Mr Thomas for his BBC Sports Personality of the Year prize - to go along with his Welsh award. Cyclists do have a good record in this expect for Chris Froome….
No surprise to read Andy Murray will be retiring any time soon: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/tennis/46833018 Be on the BBC as a pundit by Wimbledon I suspect.
Sad to read of the passing of the rather wonderful Hugh Mcilvanney. His football writing was excellent and funny but his boxing reports were a work of art. Like many he had a special affection for Ali and it showed in his writing.
