What made that result worse is that JRFC scored 6 tries, only 1 was converted. Apparently most of the tries were in the corners, so were difficult kicks and neither side had a penalty in the opposition half, which means that unless YC had any drop goals, they had 5 tries and 4 conversions. There is a new rule for the Siam Cup in that players must have played for the island for 3 years, which means that it'll basically be Jersey Athletic (JRFC reserves) who will be representing the island in that match.

India really threw that game away with 2 no balls on wickets!

West Indies really impressive bearing in mind Gayle went early.

Morgan to Stokes: Whatever you do, don't bowl three leg stump length balls.
Stokes to Morgan: Sorry, captain, I can't hear you...

Anthony Joshua fight just about to start - and it sounds like he's got half of The Rookery there behind him.

I box a lot, I am no good but I love the training and can hold my own with the lightweights here, nose is ruined mind. If I had received that from AJ I´d be dead.

    Wonder if Deeney went...

The highlights are good, well the first two rounds fully....

Deeney was there - after the fight the Watford fans in the crowd were giving him the 'Deeney' chant - and Iggy was there too.

I've never boxed - too frightened I think - but used to follow it years ago in the days of Bunny Sterling & Ralph Charles. The one thing that struck me most about last night was how unfit the Yank looked - hardly any muscle definition and a paunch struggling to get out of his shorts...

I've never boxed as I assume that those with epilepsy aren't allowed to. A former colleague of mine participates in MMA and has been on the card for the "Rumble on the Rock" which is held in the main leisure centre here and has been on Sky Sports. Someone else at work takes part in the white collar boxing events held here.
