A previous case involving a player of similar heritage, Israel Folau, ended up in the courts with him trying to claim A$14m for unfair dismissal by Rugby Australia after he was rather vocal about same-sex marriage and homosexuality. Shame really as he excelled at Rugby League, Rugby Union and Aussie Rules - has represented both Australia and Tonga in both Rugby codes.
