Pathetic by Root. A test match to forget for him.

98 to win

6 wickets remaining

That's like Pool losing 2-0 and pull 1 back to make it 2-1 with 15 minutes to go

That kinda excitement

@Sucky

I'll walk you through this

Happier now the target is not three figures, great physiological thing.

Brook having Stokes in with him will help as well. It should have helped having his county colleague Root there but Brook looked the senior player of that pair.

My money would be an England win right now.

It would be a disaster not to win from here. Looks like it’s in the bag now.

2-1

will see if I can get a ticket for one of the days...a Sunday maybe

All depends on if I CBA tbh

Sold out.

There’s people selling them for £250 for one day. It cost them £35 to buy. Greedy bastards.

I watched a bit of Wimbledon, but the scheduling just does my nut in.

Djokovic was supposed to be on, but we got the women's on for some reason, and now one of them has gone off court injured ffs.

All the British men knocked out on the same day this year :cheesy:

Wimbledon has been a bit meh so far this year.

Hopefully it hots up second week, shame that the likes of Nadal and Federer aren't stil around as they've not yet been replaced, Djokovic is clear favourite. Weird there are no American men of note, the Brits are all ****e bar Murray, and he's borderline disabled now anyway.

The women's side is more open but they are all a bit formulaic. And not hot enough!

Hopefully djokovic is on once these two fook off.

Tomorrow (12.30) Eubanks the American, takes on the Greek guy that knocked Murray out (Stefanos Tsitsipas) - I know fook all about Tennis, but fancy the Greek to win that.

Also tomorrow, Alcaraz is supposed to be on at 4.30pm but we'll see.

Can't see any others I'm interested in.

Finally Djokovic to start, although Wimbledon has to stop by 11pm, so not sure they will get done in two hours, unless one of them collapses.

Hurkacz should have won the first set against Djokovic but has just done an Arsenal and completely bottled it.
